The room we built on purpose
Most home daycares put infants and running toddlers in the same room, and nobody naps. We converted our garage into a separate infant room with its own cribs, its own changing station, and its own thermostat. Four babies, one quiet door.

Where we are
We sit at the closed end of a Canyon Country cul-de-sac. There is no through road, no cut-through traffic, and nothing driving past the house all day. For a place full of two-year-olds, that is not a small thing.

Four rooms, twelve kids
Your child will not be handed between rotating staff. In a home this size they get the same two grown-ups from the day they arrive until the day they leave for kindergarten.
Their own room, their own naps. Bottles, purees, tummy time and a lot of being held.
Potty learning, first words on paper, and the messy sensory play that makes it stick.
Letters, numbers, scissors and taking turns. Everything they need for a calm first day of TK.
Pickup, a real snack, homework at the table, then outside until you get here.
The rhythm
Kids do better when they know what comes next. The order stays the same every day, even when the activity changes — and in summer we move outside early, before Canyon Country gets hot.
Doors open. Quiet toys, books, and breakfast for the early arrivals.
Circle time — songs, the weather, and who is here today.
Outside. Water table, ride-ons, and the shaded yard.
Hot lunch at the table, everybody together.
Naps and rest. Infants sleep on their own schedule in their own room.
Snack, then art, sorting, puzzles and building.
Back outside until the light goes.
Last pickup. You get the day's photos before you're out of the driveway.
Two more things worth knowing
Twice a month we open 5:30 to 11:00 p.m. so you can go out. Pizza, a craft, a movie, and pajamas — most of them are asleep before you collect them. We take babies too, which almost nobody else does.
